How to get there

Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort is located in the heart of the Davao Gulf, in the province of Davao de Oro.  The island is just 40 minutes away from Davao City by high-speed catamaran or a 60-minute luxury van shuttle and 5 minutes away by speedboat.

Via Bus

  1. Go to Davao City Overland Transport Terminal (DCOTT) (e.g., Ecoland / Matina area).
  2. Take a bus bound for Panabo or Tagum. These are frequent and reasonably priced.
    • From Panabo, you may need to transfer into a bus or van heading to Mabini.
  3. From Mabini town proper or the nearest drop-off point, you can:
    • Take a tricycle or habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to the Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Welcome Center.
    • Or arrange with the resort for pickup/transfer.

Approximate bus travel: 1h30m–2h from Davao City to Mabini area, depending on transfers and route.
